4. Pricing and Payment

Credit System

ClearSERP operates on a credit-based system where:

• Credits are consumed when analyzing keywords
• Different batch sizes consume different amounts of credits
• Credits can be purchased through subscription plans or credit packs
• Subscription credits expire monthly; credit pack credits never expire

Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for users who have used less than 100 credits. Refund requests must be submitted to support@clearserp.com within 14 days of purchase.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Polar.sh. By making a purchase, you agree to Polar.sh's terms and privacy policy.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses

SEO data provided through our Service is sourced from DataForSEO and other third-party providers. This data is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

No Warranties

SEO Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific SEO results or rankings. The Service provides analysis and insights, but success depends on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to search engine algorithm changes, competition, and implementation quality.

Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate data, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of SEO data provided through the Service. Data is sourced from third-party providers and may be subject to delays or inaccuracies.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CLEARSERP, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ClearSERP and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) resulting from or arising out of:

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration in Illinois, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
